I am thankful he got my system out but he wont let me play my system anymore. He just locks himself in his room and plays it. I tried to talk to him, that we should take turns playing. Resolved Question: I hate my grandpa and here's why?

I've always hated my grandpa, he is a mean, cranky, and uptight old man. He was always treating me like a delinquent even thought he has no idea what I'm going through right now. He was a South Vietnamese captain fighting in the Vietnam War and apparently he got shot in his left arm. Whenever I tell him that he nags and treats me badly, he comes up with an excuse like, "my mom was very strict,"....So what? He's treating me badly, because his mom nagged to him? receive this, today, I'm suppose to help my 4 year old brother finish his homework and I tell him over and over not to color pictures that don't start with F's when he does it another time, I finally snap, and hollered at him. He comes out screaming at me that,"I'm too noisy, or quit yelling at my brother," I got mad, gave up on helping my brother, and threw his homework on the bed. He starts yelling that he wants to break my skull and hit me or something in vietnamese. Then, he says that I have NO idea what my brother is going through and that I never receive screamed at while someone is teaching me something...What a load of crap. I came to America when I was two years old and started pre-k without any materials and only 2 year knowledge of english. My homework takes me a day to complete HALF of everything on there, and this is on the weekend, the day when I know that video games are right in front of me. (I go to a blue ribbon school A.K.A. this school is very demanding.) he says that I never receive screamed at while someone is teaching me...HE DOES! He probably never even went to a school half as difficult as mine.When I was seven, he took my gameboy which I left on the desk, and when I asked for it back he said it was his...He also bought me a Psp from a pawnshop when I passed the sixth grade.I left it on my desk for FIVE MINUTES and he walks in my room, takes the Psp, and says that I don't take good care of my things. Don't tell me that I need to accept who he is, or learn what he went through when he was a kid...Don't even tell me to," explain to him how I'm feeling," that idea was gone a long time ago. I'm mad to the point at which I write sticky notes and post them around my room saying that I'll pee on his grave at his funeral. I might even need a therapist for this problem...So anything you guys can help me with this?

Resolved Question: When Triad Towing towed my truck they chipped my paint, who do I need to contact about this?

My Husband and I had dinner at olive garden on high point rd. in greensboro my husband parked his truck on the side of the of usa pawnshop facing olive garden and not even five minutes after we went in they towed his truck 1) their were no signs stating that would happen alongside the building where he parked 2) they charged $325.00 to bring his truck back 3) they chipped the paint on the front of truck and it had been recently painted so it was not already chipped it happened during the tow so what or who do we need to do to receive this matter resolved? $160 is normal they charged double and we heard that they had signs up every the way around the building at one time but then they began removing the signs as they had more and more vehicles towed from there and then I heard that they watch and the very minute you walk through the door to olive garden they have your vehicle towed away that quick we may have been in their 5-10 minutes when I asked him where he parked and then I told him about the sign on the front door at olive garden warning every body but it was too tardy when he went out to check they had already towed it away and they told him he had 4 days to receive if back and after that it was their property. so he had no choice but to pay luckily he had it on him but that is just highway robbery and we would like to receive our money back plus the cost of damages since they chipped the paint on the front of the truck in the process. What do we need to do to look this happen? Please help!

Resolved Question: Have you ever seen a really good guitar at a pawnshop?

Like a Fender or a Gibson? Or a Martin? I personally have not. I know the stories about how Bruce Springsteen bought his Telecaster at a pawnshop and Stevie Ray Vaughn's wife bought his trademark Stratocaster for him at a pawnshop, but I can honestly say I don't usually look those guitars in pawnshop....well, only once. I once saw a Fender Telecaster in a pawnshop -- priced more used lol than it would sell for brand new. But that is about it. You guys must live in some place where there are a lot of guitarists with good stuff trying to receive money...maybe LA. Out here you don't look anything good in the pawnshops....

Resolved Question: Question about NC pawnshop laws?

A few weeks ago I got a loan on my HDtv. The other day I went in to pay off what I owed and receive my tv back. The guy at the pawnshop tells me that the pawnshop was broken into and my tv was stolen. He then tells me that the most they can give me for my tv is the amount I got loaned($50),but the tv is worth way more than that. I then go home and read the pawn ticket that I signed when i pawned it and it says that they have to try and find a replacement tv. I then go back to the pawnshop and tell the guy working what I read in the contract. He basically tell me that I'm wrong and that they dont have to receive a replacement, just reimburse the money i got on loan. He then tells me to go home and theyll call me when they receive a settlement from the insurance company. This nice of sounds like BS to me. The pawnshop cant receive the replacement value for my tv (from insurance) and then only give me $50 for it, can they? I dont know North Carolina law good enough to know if they're trying to screw me or not, so any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Words With Friends: Like Scrabulous for iPhone!

Remember Scrabulous, the Facebook-powered Scrabble knockoff that was every the rage a couple years back? I was a serious addict, but lost interest after every the name changes, lawsuits, redesigns, etc.

Thanks to my bad pal Denny, my addiction is reborn--and mobile. Words With Friends is a two-player crossword challenge that offers turn-based, Scrabulous-like competition. It's not perfect, but I'm loving it.

So I'm getting creamed. Can I help it if I draw bad letters?

The game lets you complete online against random players and/or friends. (Built-in Facebook/Twitter links let you post an invitation as a status update.) You can have up to 20 matches going at once, with push notifications letting you know when it's your turn.

There's also an in-game chat option. You can tell when an opponent is online when you look a pair of eyeballs next to the Chat button.

The game itself plays much like Scrabble, though with a slightly different distribution of the bonus squares (double word score, triple letter score, etc.). A double-tap is every it takes to zoom into the board for easier tile placement or back again for a full-board view.

It would be nice if WWF had a few more amenities, like a button for clearing your tiles or a list of legal two-letter words. But my big complaint is that the game doesn't keep a tally of your potential word score as you place your tiles. It's only after you make your play that you find out your total for the turn. (What, I'm supposed to do math in my head?)

WWF also suffers from some performance issues, like seemingly endless lag when attempting to submit your turn. Most of the time, the game worked fine, but it's frustrating when it doesn't.

Developer Newtoy offers a free, ad-supported version of Words With Friends and a $2.99 ad-free version.

The ads receive pretty annoying pretty quickly, so I may just bite the bullet and pay my 3 bucks. On the other hand, Words With Friends is such a distraction (albeit an incredibly enjoyable one), the smarter move would be to delete it altogether.

This barely holds a candle to downloading every Gameboy Software together and playing them on my home computer.
